We welcome your pets for a maximum of 2 pets per apartment home, not to exceed 65 lbs. The Pet fee is $400 with $200 refundable. The monthly pet rent is $40.00/pet. Please see our list of Breed Restrictions Below: Alaskan Malamute, Boxer, Chow Chow, Mastiffs, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Husky Breeds, Pitbull Breeds, Presa Canarios, Rottweiler, and Wolf Hybrids. Please call our leasing office for any additional details.
